I am really impressed with the sound quality and the volume these little speakers put out. TL;DR -good and cheap -cord good for laptops, too short for desktops -cord flimsy and may cause sound problems.
They're lightweight and don't have the most premium feel, but they held up well in my use and survived some serious coatings of sawdust. See all customer images.

The sound on these speakers is very OK.
